Honesty about your goals, your budget range, and your decision process. If the fit isn't right — wrong stage, wrong scope, wrong timing — we'll say so and suggest better-fit alternatives (including our $497 blueprints or the $3,500 Pipeline Audit). We'd rather route you to the right option than take a bad-fit engagement.
If it's a fit: proposal within 24 hours with complete scope and published pricing across all relevant tiers. Contract signing via DocuSign. Setup fee or first milestone invoiced at signature. Kickoff within 5 business days. First content live within 14 days for retainer engagements; first milestone delivery per scope for builds.
Blueprints paid in full at purchase. Retainers billed monthly on the 1st, Net 15. Larger builds use milestone billing — typically 40–50% at signing, with remaining payments tied to working demo and production-ready milestones. Installment plans available on request for engagements over $20,000. Payment methods: credit card via Stripe (up to $25K), ACH transfer, or wire.
