2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

Information collected automatically

Information we do not collect

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to respond to your inquiries and provide services, send service-related communications (invoices, updates), send marketing communications only if you have opted in (you can opt out at any time), improve the Site and our services, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (EU Users)

Where GDPR applies, our legal basis for processing is consent (for marketing), contract (to provide services), legitimate interests (to improve services), and legal obligation (to comply with law).

5. Sharing Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, analytics, payment processing) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, professional advisors under confidentiality, and regulators or law enforcement when legally required.

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

Session and functional cookies

Required for the Site to function. Cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site usage and improve our content. GA4 sets cookies including _ga and _ga_* with a 24-month retention period. GA4 collects: pages visited, time on page, traffic source, browser, device type, and approximate location (city/country level). GA4 does not collect names, email addresses, or other personally-identifying information unless you submit them through a form. We have not enabled Google Signals, ad personalization, or cross-device tracking. To opt out: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, use private/incognito browsing, or block analytics in your browser's privacy settings.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It collects aggregated metrics (page views, referrers, response times, Core Web Vitals) without setting cookies or tracking individual users. EU visitor data is excluded by default. Learn more about Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Conversion event tracking

When you click certain CTAs — booking a Calendly call, clicking a Stripe checkout link, submitting a lead form — we send a custom event to GA4 to measure marketing effectiveness. The event includes the page path and link clicked but no personal data unless you have submitted it through a form on the same page.

Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor browser-level DNT and GPC signals where they are technically detectable. If your browser sends one of these signals, our analytics scripts attempt to respect it, though we cannot guarantee third-party (GA4) compliance with every signal variant.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you delete existing cookies, block all cookies, or block third-party cookies (which would disable GA4 tracking).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services you have engaged us for, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically 7 years), and defend against legal claims.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information).

9. International Transfers

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; in the event of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on the Site. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
